    "It served the purpose. We used to stay in the Ibis, but that has got to expensive. This hotel is on a par, but cheaper." (107481317)

    Easy to find. Close to all shopping areas. Good value for money. Staff friendly and helpfull. Food in resturant good value.

    Decent, simple, excellent value. Nice touches like the coffee/tea making facilities that I don't expect in France.

    A bit tired and obviously not always non-smoking but perfectly acceptable for the price.

    all good,staff very thoughtfull and rooms good for disabled persons.meals very good value and of very good quality

    should have safty mats for the showers this is the only bad point

    bed rather small - I am 1m80 and my partner is 1m70 - we are not fat The bed cover was only just warm enough

    Good value for money and good location re Eurotunnel and shopping

    Meal was quite tasty but not up to our expectations for french cuisine - suspect that it is geared for English taste, so no doubt most English would be very happy with it

    They accommodated the cat which after a long journey was necessary for some exercise. The menus for dining were good and we were treated well . The room was pleasant, clean and offered all neccessities. I woud recommend the hotel

    "We stay at this hotel twice a year, it is in a great location for our needs and is a good value hotel." (107132399)

    Great location for both ferry and eurotunnel, clean and staff are friendly

    Hotel generally ready for a bit of a refurb. Shower head kept sliding down and bottom of bath was very slippy, I actually slipped and banged my head (no shower mat in room)

    This is a cheap and cheerful place which we have used many times before. The welcome is always friendly and the meals of reasonable quality. It is very convenient for the tunnel and the supermarkets and has secure parking.

    The bedrooms could be bigger and there is little in the way of public lounges etc. I wouldn't use this place for a long stay.

    Asked for smoking room and one ready and waiting. Free, on-site parking always available. Staff always very helpful and speak excellent English. We ate there the last time and the food and cost was excellent. Brilliant value for money.

    The staff are really excellent, friendly, helpful, and efficient. They always seem to be pleased to help, not matter what the request.

    Room was clean and adequate for a brief overnight stay coming off a late Tunnel crossing.

    Carpets in common areas are very stained and dirty. Some inconsiderate guests made a lot of noise in the early hours of the morning.

    Conveniently situated. Friendly helpful staff.

    Needs new hallway carpets. Smoking just outside the entrance should be discouraged as it drifts in. Ate late and much of the self service starter course was finished. What was left was good so it would have been nice to have full selection.

    corridor smells of cigarette smoke constantly. Can be noisy at night with guests checking in very late (2am on this stay and woke us up)
