    Excellent staff and nice restaurant and bar

    Only complaints were that the tv reception wasn't 100% and a hotel of that size could possibly do with at least two internet connections with print facilities.Not of great concern but it would have made the overnight stay perfect instead of excellent.

    "Very handy for Terminal 1 but the minibus service is far preferable to dragging cases over roundabouts and sliproads. We were dropped off for our flight promptly. On our return the minbus was there to collect us almost immediately after we'd called from arrivals. The hotel is clean and efficient and well geared up to its role." (97702649)

    Convenient location. Good room and breakfast. Efficient check-in and longstay parking arrangements and minibus service.

    Overall very good, Staff Friendly and Helpful. Room Clean and Warm. Breakfast was good value.

    Arrived very late and lack of signs to Hotel meant three attempts to find entrance to Carpark So even later booking in. No food available After 10pm. Very Cold in Lifts.

    the room and the hotel were of a very high standard,food was excellent drink prices were excellent too as many hotels over inflate prices,the bar staff were very attentive and courteous and special mention for Marcin who gave us excellent service.wake up call was on time and transfer to the terminal faultless.

    Very efficient and friendly receptionist on arrival - particularly welcome when one arrives tired from travelling. Very pleasant, helpful and efficient courtesy bus drivers. Clean and comfortable room of decent size.

    Only complaint - no real ale in bar!

    the hotel was very clean

    big groups of smokers constantly outside entrance so yo had to walk through smoke ever time you entered, the bed was too short my feet were hung over the edge and i'm only 5ft 10" it was also a very uncomfortable bed. There were no baby changing facilities in the hotel, I had to change my baby son on the toilet floor when downstairs.

    Clean & spacious. Convenient for the airport. Good transport arrangements via the hotel shuttle from the station to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport. Dinner - both food & service good.

    The hotel is clean and bright with a pleasant atmosphere. I find the staff well-mannered and efficient. It's proximity to the airport is great and the transport to the airport is fine.

    The bed is very hard. I would appreciate a matress topper.

    "Our stay was one of the most pleasant hotel experiences in a long time." (99644093)

    The staff at this hotel were the most professional, friendly and helpful people I have had the pleasure to come in contact with. The rooms were well appointed and spaceous. Even though the hotel was situated at an airport, there were no airplane noises to keep us awake.

    I cannot think of any really bad points. The only inconvenience was that the key-card regularly stopped working and a new card had to be issued by Reception.

    "Very good - the convenience of the shuttle bus from the train station and airport makes it a great choice for me." (97163161)

    The room is very clean and the bed comfortable.

    The only negative I would say is that I found the hotel to be more noise than when I have stayed at the hotel in the past.

    "The staff at the hotel were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.The room was spacious and very clean. Despite being close to Manchester airport, we did not hear any planes. Good quality food was available in the comfort of the loubge bar as well as the restaurant. Breakfast was reasonably priced and of very good value for money.     The hotel was very clean, comfortable and very good staff. The breakfast was on time and the lady who delivered it was very cheerful. This was a great plus, as it's the one factor which a lot of hotels have got wrong in the past!

    "It is the third time my wife and I have stayed at this hotel in the past two years. The staff we have always found to be cheerful,helpful and friendly.     "Disappointed with the so called pick-up from the Rail Station, Firsly the phone was not answered, secondly if it was not for the Bus driver to the longstay car park dropping us off we would probably still be waiting for the hotel coutesy bus.     The hotel is very convenient for the airport, great rooms, and a good choice of food in the Brasserie.

    I felt the staff had a tendency to sort out any problems they had between themselves before attending to guests who were waiting.

    "The whole idea of booking the hotel was so the driver could have a few beers before and after the concert.With the bar closing at mid-night this was not possible. Also with room service finishing at 23:00 ment we could not get a sandwich either.     "A very comfortable stay. The rooms are great and everything went really smoothly. I didn't stay here to use the airport, but I heard staff confirming there was a 24 hour bus to all the terminals and being really helpful to customers." (99836250)

    Clean, comfortable, good menu, helpful staff. No noise from the airport at night.

    Nothing - although some of the food was a bit overdone, but basically good. They have a cashpoint in the lobby, which is great, but it wasn't working when I stayed. Not a problem for me but could have been for some.

    Very clean. Tasty food. And a very charming and attractive receptionist which kickedof a good couple nights at the hotel!

    The only complaint was we asked for another quilt and it took 2 hours to get to us when we were waiting to sleep!

    "first time we have stayed in this hotel and really liked it - especially the glass lift. only problem we found as detailed above was the lack of a drink, we arrived back at 1.00am and the only alcohol on offer was from a vending machine and consisted of cans of beer!! not very impressed neither were the rest of the guests trying to obtain a drink.     Clean beds!

    bathroom door was broke, there was no handle of any kind on door. There was no hand washing soap over the sink. There was no shower that a hanicapped person could use. Room needed a vent to bring in fresh air. We had to leave door open to freshen room.

    "Not great. The only good part was that we were very close to airport and the wake up call and shuttle in the morning worked - which is why we stayed there. Thank you! Otherwise I felt ripped off. " (108023352)

    There was no way to WALK between airport and hotel. Shuttle service from airport to hotel was not available. If it was - we had no way of knowing about it. We tried to walk and I nearly cried. There was no clock in room to help us wake up for our early morning flight. Also for the high price and quality of hotel I was surprised at the lack of amenities - no shower cap, no coffee in room, etc. Also - I hated the fact that there was no sheet on the bed - I had to try to sleep under a very hot thick comforter or freeze uncovered.
