    "Overall, very nice stay, with pleasant staff. Main restaurant has good menu, and for a quick or slightly cheaper meal, the bar menu is quite good, although not as varied." (97270493)

    Quite spacious room, usual facilities. Parking good. Liesure centre use at another hotel for free very useful, although 20 min + drive.

    Non English speaking staff in reception /bar areas causes problems when ordering and amending / check in problems

    Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

    There were a significant amount of scuff-marks on hall walls. However, there was a painter working on this on the morning we left the hotel.

    "The hotel was a bit further out of Waterford then expected, it was situated on a busy main road. Because of the noise from the air conditioning/extracter system the first impression of the hotel was not good, however the staff were helpful but I think the rooms near to the noise should not be used for guests" (99575644)

    The staff were helpful and when asked they changed us to a different room, but if another room had not been available we would have looked for a different hotel.

    The st night we had a room which was located directly near to the air conditioning outlet, which was very noisy and it was almost impossible to sleep and impossible to have an open window.

    The whole expierence was a pleasureable one and would have no hesitation to book again, food was excellant, room was clean,

    if you can call it a dislike it is just the didtance from the city.

    "I cant fault anything on our overnight stay at the Ramada Hotel. We had a beautifully spacious family room, the staff were so helpful and friendly, the fact that we were on the ground floor, it made moving from the room so easy with the baby's buggy. The breakfast was so well displayed and tasty!! I cannot add anything in particular that isnt on the website already. I was very happy with everything it told me and would go there again and will be recommending it to everyone." (3305213948)

    "Excellent, modern hotel. Spacious, quiet bedroom. Very comfortable bed. Good restaurant and bar with prompt service. Good menu, with interesting range. Good bar food menu. Breakfast looked good, but the full Irish seemed very bland (black pudding / white pudding / bacon and scrambled egg). But, overall it was very, very good." (3304870996)

    Spacious, quiet room. Great shower.

    Couldn't connect to broadband in the room, but it had many connection points. Bland breakfast, even though a full Irish. Good continental set up and great coffee.

    "The room was exactly as advertised and I was actually charged a slightly cheaper rate than I had booked online which was a very nice surprise. The only thing that spoiled my stay slightly was the cleaning staff knocking on the door at 9.30am on a Sunday morning. That is way too early in my opinion, especially at the height of summer when people are on leisure breaks." (3304729339)

    "The onlt thing i would say about booking the hotel was that i was not aware that breakfast was not included in the rate. I found the website to be quick, simple and useful apart from this. I would use it again." (3304434644)

    The room was very spacous and clean. I liked the decor of the room as it was bright and warm. Also the beds are extremely comfortable!

    The receptionist did not tell me of any opening times of bar, restaurant etc. or amenities available.

    big rooms, v. clean and tea & coffee making facilities included hot chocolate and cookies which was a nice extra touch.

    Found bar area to be quite cold and didnt spend much time there. Went to town to find a comfy place to have few quiet drinks

    there was an impression that the charges were slightly low due to the newness of the location. it would be nice to think that the prices would remain as competitive

    The room was a lot larger than it looks on the pictures, the staff were excellent and very friendly. kevin in the bar made us feel very welcome as did Jennie on reception. Came back late on the Friday night and were hungry and got fab sarnies brought up to the rrom.

I did not expect anything special from this booking, which was made on 'price' for an overnight stay, but frankly, it was one of the best hotels I have used and I will certainly come again if I am visiting the south east of Ireland.     Clean and standard accommodation, Nancy behind the bar was brilliant, friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

    "I would have liked to have known if they had airconditioning. It was a warm day and night and they did not appear to have airconditioning. They had experienced a power outage that day so our room was not ready at 3pm when we arrived to check in. They also forgot to tell us about putting your room key in a box on the wall to activate the room lights. However the staff were pleasant." (2504093)

    The hotel was quiet, the pillows were comfortable and the staff were pleasant.

    "We had not realised that there was the Tall Ships event in Waterford at the time of our visit, so the travel directions sent to us were useless and a 10 minute journey took us well over an hour. We were advised to leave the hotel before 9am because there were likely to be road closures but our ferry was not until 1.30pm so our planned visit to the city was wasted." (2457693)

    Good,comfortable room

    We were told that we would need to book for dinner and go in at 6.30,however there were only 3 other diners in the room throughout our entire meal
