    I was very impressed with the Heathrow Jury's Inn. The staff were very helpful, and the standard of accommodation very welcome.

    Dinner was not the best quality in fact rather poor. I had the salmon starter which was served very late wchich wasnt a problem except that as soon as one waitress took the starter away another put my main in front of me! A little breathing space would have been welcome! The turkey dinner was disappointing though the salmon was good. Check out the following morning took far too long, this is at a time when meetings etc have to be attended, not good.

    I cancelled the wake up call to due to flight delay but still had it at 6am. I was then woken again at 8.30am by the maid knocking on the door, asking me what time I would vacate the room - not good especially when this is a hotel catering for travellers!

    "I would certainly use this hotel again. Although Hatton Cross is very close, the hotel cannot be seen from the station - the hotel could be advised to provide directions (little more than #cross the road and walk 200 yds#) - unless of course they only want customers in cars. Finding the hotel from the station was the most stressful part of our holiday. " (107658998)

    Clean comfortable hotel. Good self-service breakfast. It cost extra but was worth the money. Temperature control in room - no sweltering hot/freezing cold nights. Hotel is only five minutes' walk from Hatton Cross underground station so travel to terminals is easy and, for Oyster Card holders (you don't have to live in London to have one), cheap.

    No complaints. I thought it was good value for money. Anyone looking for olde Englishe charme (we weren't) should clearly go elsewhere though.

    The hotel was excellent value for money. It appears to be a new place. It was clean. The restaurant and bar were nice.

    The bed was very hard. Someone walked into our room in the middle of the night!!! The man was yelling in a language I didn't understand, but backed out of the room when he realized his mistake, saying he was sorry. The hotel wanted to give us the night for free but was unable to because we booked online. They offered us a free breakfast but we had a flight to catch. The staff were not very friendly.

    The standard of the hotel was very high throughout. The room was spacious, clean, well appointed and great to relax in. We liked the nice touch of the ice-dispensers in the corridoors!

    The bath is strangely shallow and the bed wasn't huge, but my main problem wasn't with the room which I was generally very happy with. The real blight on our stay was the restaurant. Considering the prices, the food was astonishingly bad. Instead of (say) two pieces of bruschetta, there was one, plus an unwanted side-salad. Ditto, the garlic mushrooms - a small number of mushrooms and a second, unwanted side-salad that took up half the plate. I'm vegetarian and the options for me were quite scant, but I'm accustomed to this, so I ordered a pasta dish (I think spinache and ricotta tortellini?), which was terrible. Firstly, it was not as described - the menu said 5 pasta parcels, I assumed the large variety, in fact it was a larger number of small pieces. This isn't the end of the world at all, I just wanted to be fed, but it was annoying that it wasn't not what I was expecting. They were, however, undercooked and quite cool by the time they reached us, and the toasted bread that came with the meal was very obviously burnt. I'm amazed that the waitress would hand a plate to someone with a burnt item on top, you can't accidentally fail to notice it. We also ordered a side of fries, which turned out to be chips - there's a difference, and again it's annoying, though hardly fatal when it's not what you ordered. What was worth noting, though, was that these, too, were under-cooked. They were certainly hot on the outside, but clearly hadn't been cooked-through. So, for a £35 meal, I was very unimpressed. I'll happily stay at the hotel again, but I would never use the restaurant.

    check out staff were efficent and helpful and asked if assistance was required.

    check in staff observed me struggle with 2 older adults, 1 a wheelchair user, 6 large items of luggage, and 6 items of handluggage. heating system did not work upon entering room and required 3 phone calls and 2 visits from staff to get working. check in staff did not advice for simular rate I could get to airport using a taxi and not struggle with hopper bus and bags etc as above. My mother has dietary restrictions and we asked if a baked potato could be made, the answer was no, apparently you do not have fresh veg!! so we were served food service rubbish, the quality of which was really poor. I work in tourism and often provide secret shopper reports for hotels/restaurants and attractions globally, I think if I was to complete a report on your hotel you would have lots to work on!

    We appreciated that the check-in and check-out was done in a very efficent and friendly manner. We also enjoyed the cleanliness and security that we found for a reasonable price.

    Having the bus come only once an hour to pick up and drop off. We arrived at Heathrow around 7:00 p.m. and by the time we were sorted out just missed the bus. Having to wait for an hour in the cold, windy weather was not enjoyable.

    It was a terribly impressive hotel considering the affordable price. I kept saying to my husband that there are thousands of crappy hotels in London that are more expensive. We were truly impressed as we do a lot of traveling and have stayed in quite a few hotels in recent times.

    The restaurant staff need a lot of supervision though. This is the only weak point we noticed. I am a heavily pregnant woman and was kept waiting for close to 10 minutes before we were seated for dinner. There were 3 waitresses running around looking busy with what a single person could have easily handled with adequate training and supervision. We ordered drinks which took another 10 minutes to materialize at which point we were almost done eating!

    The reception area and all up front services appeared impressive.

    The double bed was not very strong at the head on one side as any movement made it squeek. We had no option but for one of us to sleep in the single bed alongside. Although coffee/tea was provided, a pack of biscuits would have been a nice touch bearing in mind the price paid for room only.

    fairly poor buffet evening meal all the meat and fish trays were empty , no biscuits for cheese trid several times to get these over a period of time and gave up in the end . Staff were aware of the shortages but did not seem to rective them

    The hotel had a very pleasant atmosphere and the staff were helpful and pleasant. The room was generally very quiet and was very clean. It was a very good value.

    The only down side was the noise that the toilet made when flushed (very loud and annoying!). We could also faintly hear the same noise when toilets in other rooms were flushed.

    The TV internet is bad in its resolution and speed - many web sites got stuck when downloading. The browser is also old.

    Arrangements were easy; check-in welcoming; lots of parking. Appreciated the soundproofness considering the closeness to the airport (almost surreal watching the closeness of the planes but not hearing them). Good bar with reasonable cost beer (for a hotel). Good sized room with adequate space for three.

    Breakfast seemed overpriced but we did not have much to compare it with in Britain as we did not hotel elsewhere in Britain.

    Building was nicely designed, new, and pleasantly decorated. Was close to my car rental drop off, so I could easily walk back to the hotel. Nice view of farm - it looked like we were in the countryside, not right next to Heathrow. Staff were helpful and polite.

    Shower head/water pressure - not great. Ticket machine for the airport shuttle was poor and difficult to operate (maybe not anything Jurys can do about it). Free shuttle operated by the hotel would be nice. Picture on the website: the hotel looks very drab and dreary in the picture - was pleasantly suprised when we arrived.

    Location was great for airport and subway access. The hotel was clean and really no complaints. Absolutely no airplane noise at all!! Staff were both extremely helpful and polite/friendly. All you really needed was there.

    Breakfast, especially continental, seemed pricy compared to what you got with the full breakfast. Suggest making it a couple pounds less?? Coffee in rooms was instant coffee. How about a regular drip coffee maker. Liquid soap took a bit of getting used to for an old timer like me. A couple more TV channels would have been nice too. Nit picky stuff....
