    the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The food in the restaraunt was very good and I found everywhere clean and modern

    "correct check in time... If a room is available.. why not do the check in? Time were mentioned on the website (I know) but they took care of our luggage in a verry professional way :) so finaly .. I only can give Good points to the hotel. I try to be there also next time when visiting the London City. Quality and Price are Customer benefit in this place ;)" (107368905)

    Nice hotel, price quality is verry good if you compare to a budget hotel ( £45-£55) . The qualiry really beats the price :) It is worth the £10 extra a night.

    No cheese at the breakfast? hmm maybe a little "continental" influence will be good. :) I like the Full English breakfast, but a piece of cheese (or raw bacon or wathever..) will be accepted for europeans ;)

    Convenient to tube. Clean and tidy rooms. Friendly staff. Late breakfast at weekends (noon)

    staff did offer money back when we stated that the room was damp and musty, however we felt it unfair to claim money back because we did stay the night

    bedding was damp to sleep in, room smelt of stale urine and musty and we were unable to open a window

    Premier Inns are always reliable

    I won't be booking through a third party again. Premier Inn had no record of my reservation, but luckily still had vacancies and the staff there were brilliant.

    Staff very helpfull and very pleasent.

    one bad point i found was not having a small jug of milk on the table, you actually had to leave your table to get your tea or coffee and when you got that you had to go to a differant area to get some milk to put into it. Think it would be good to have a small tube of tootpast and a brush in the room. I know you supply them at a small charge. But we have travelled alot and this was the first hotel that did not supply them. And this was the first time we did not have them with us as they were taking of us at the airport.

    Very friendly and helpfull administration staff, The room was immaculately clean, The flat screen television was nice, As was the power shower after a long train journey. The bed was the most comfortable we've slept in for quite a while, nice fluffy duvet and amazingly comfortable pillows (and we've stayed in quite a few hotels). We will DEFINATELY be booking into your hotel every time we pass through Euston on our travels. the 12 o'clock check out time was VERY appreciated as travelling long distances can really tire you and gave us a chance to relax AAA+++

    No bad points to note except maybe a few more tea bags, sugar and milk for a few cups of tea would have been nice. we had to go out to the local store to buy our own, but this certainly does not lower the standard of the service or quality of the room.

    The room description specifically said 'en suite bath and shower.' There was no bath in the room.

    "Very convenient for UCL hospital which was my main criteria of a hotel in the £80 to £150 per night bracket. The hotel was clean and secure, and had an excellent selection of TV channels. A huge disappointment was that the shower was poor as it was one of those in-bath showers. A proper shower (and no bath if need be) should have been available for the price. In general would recommend and would stay again as it is so close to UCL hospital." (97370187)

    The hotel was secure, clean, and very convenient for UCL Hospital. It was also the first hotel in the £80 to £150 bracket that had a TV with an acceptable selection of channels. It had all the free Freeview channels.

    The shower was in the bath. It would have been preferable to have a proper shower. The hotel was a little more expensive than others I have stayed in.

    It had everything you required

    The room was too hot and we were unable to get any cool air, but because we were in Euston Road understood the reason for not opening window!

    "Apart from the difficulty with parking it was mostly enjoyable. My wife had some difficulty sleeping as our room faced onto the street and the occasional police siren woke her a few times in the night. I however, slept through it all.     the service and staff were excellent, as was the food.

    the reception area was a building site and the car park was closed. there was no advance notice that the car park was not available and no alternatives suggested, except by questioning the reception staff on arrival. As there was no parking availabe, it was necessary to leave my luggage and my wife sitting in the reception area whilst I went and parked the car a few blocks away - a situation with which she was not wholly comfortable.

    The heating thermostat defaulted back to 18 degrees regularly (in spite of the written notice saying it only defaults back at 8.00 am.

    Great clean room, very quiet and good control of temperature. Television channels were the best selection I've seen in a hotel.

    the refit of the hotel has improved things; the bed was very comfortable and the shower worked perfectly; also access to satellite stations has helped as my partner always misses sky sports news when he is away so he is now very happy;

    "I liked the phonecall the night before arrival to tgell me that the restaurant was closed. I arrived early on the sleeper and staff put my bags in left luggage and advised when best to check in. Check in was easy. Briefly used the bar before I headed out for dinner. Apart from the usual distracting flashing TV screens, the bar seemed OK.     very fresh, clean and fair-sized rooms. the actual building was nice too, despite the building works going on during the day - it wasnt any problem to us. having worked in a hotel (which was pretty dire) i was relieved to be greeted by professional reception staff and friendly bar staff.

    "we had a relative living in London who had first class knowledge of the area and transport system which was very helpful to us. Not sure if we would have seen so much without her help but because she was there we did not have to ask at the desk or look around for this information so to be fair it is possible we would have gained the same information at the hotel.     Good friendly ,helpful staff when checking in. Room initially clean and adequate.

    On the second night because we had had a full day decided to eat at the accommodation then watch tv! It took 13 minutes for barstaff after our meal to serve us at the bar to take drinks back to our room. When we got back to the room to watch tv the tv was broke. We reported the tv broke at approx 8.55pm within 5 mins your staff came to look at it and said they would try and get another! At approx 9.55pm i phoned down to reception to see what was taking so long to be told they where just about to ring us to tell us you where fully booked and that the soonest you could get a tv to us would be in the morning which we pointed out that was no good as we where booking out in the morning.
