    "The only dislike was the food we had. The platter we ordered in the bar was as bland as could be, no taste at all. Breakfast in our room the following morning was unedible in our opinion too. Other than that, everything was excellent." (99768422)

    Room facilities good

    No concierge assistance at check out-only one person on duty and he was driving a coach. Bar food good but 10% "discretionary charge" in miniscule printing is an odious practise. Should guests have to pay ten pounds for overnight parking ?

    "Location to the event and the city centre was a bit further then i had thought , which i only have myself to blame what we saved ont eh room cost we paid for in taxi's.The hotel has a good spa and lesuire facilities which is great if you have the time to utilise these." (107674314)

    "I was very impressed because the standard was better than I had experienced during the prevoius two weeks of my journey. The price found on the internet was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others." (107208312)

    after a long day journeying I felt welcome, especially as it was a late check in (about 8pm) Very good value, considering I paid a similar tariff for other hotels of lesser quality I could book on the internet without hassles My room was large, comfortable and well-appointed

    Although I appreciated the shuttle bus I had 15 minute wait in the cold night outside the train station. Perhaps patrons could wait just inside the glass doors instead.

    "An excellent hotel which didn't 'feel' like a city centre hotel.There must be a huge traffic of clients, staying for short periods, yet there was real personal attention. The staff were all committed to being obliging. We were very impressed by the quality of service and the whole atmosphere of the hotel." (108073740)

    Excellent staff,friendly, helpful.Everyone we came into contact with went out of their way to help and was pleased to help. Excellent food at breakfast. Good for visiting airport.

    Food in restaurant excellent, but very expensive !

    Refusal to ackowledge at check-in of my 2 telephone requests and request when making booking for 2 rooms at front of hotel (which were originally agreed to), so that I could see aircraft on approach into Manchester Airport.

    Recently refurbished, Stylish, friendly check-in and out.

    Bed was not up to the quality of other crown plaza mattresses.

    "we stayed two night to attend a football match in liverpool. it was near the airport for an early flight, and near the station for to travel to lime street . journey 1hr.10 mins. our stay was thoroughly pleasent. every thing in order and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to friends and family."     I thought that for the price i paid, i got no more than when i stayed at a travel Inn in London. for the price i got bed and breakfast, and with yourselves, breakfast was an extra expense. I would not stay again in a hotel such as yours. I thought it would be a treat for me and my son, but it was no treat.

    "The hotel was clean and quiet and close to the airport terminal. The free shuttle bus was useful. The breakfast was excellent. There were just a couple of slight problems. There was no record of the special requirements of extra beds I requested at the booking, but the staff sorted it out. Also, it should have been clearer that guests have to pay the £10 car parking fee.....every hotel I've ever stayed in before has provided free parking for it's guests." (97462958)
