    The food was good.

    The fact that you charge £6.00 for overnight parking when staying at the hotel.

    "It would have been nice to be told how many beds they were in the family room.Other places we've been to had 2 beds for a family room.All in all we had a lovely stay.Would recommend to couples not family." (97324089)

    booked it as a family room but there was only one big bed,would have preferred two.

    excellent check in staff very helpful. Room very tidy.Service very good.

    Steak not cooked as requested. Showerhead with a bad leak.Bath Dispenser empty Doorlock batteries failed had to be opened with a key when requested.

    Wonderfully designed and executed. Opening windows greatly appreciated. Comforting, pleasant, user-friendly. Staff well trained, attentive, with fine people skills. We are product/furniture/space designers and my partner/wife took the time to tell the desk person how pleased she was with the Premier In Heathrow M4-J4. We will definitely look to Premier Inn locations as we travel. You are not luxury for sure, but so very pleasant we will not hesitate to stay with Premiere and use the money saved for better dining, additional experiences, etc. Thank you for the wonderful product you have manifest. At least the night of July 15, 2008 - and we expect the same at your other locations.

    Silly name, the ..... M4-J4. come up with anything else, please. We do understand cost control, but the lack of "face" tissues (Kleenex) seemed inappropriate.

    "Would have helped to know that there is a Bath Rd. Premier Travel Inn as well as this one to avoid confusion. The clerk was also a rapid talker and I did not understand that the room card needed to remain in the card receptacle to keep the lights on. The king size bed was a plus I was unaware in my booking - an added value. The lack of a reasonably priced continental breakfast, or cereal / fruit option resulted in my declining to have breakfast."     Ground transport from airport; no Cash machine on premise, smoke in corridors from smoking rooms, noisy hallways, cheap feeling hall floors and narrow width.

    "Essentially I thought that the room rate was quite high for the type of small hotel and facilities being offerred especially for an overnight stay, however all hotels around the Heathrow area were charging very high room rates (perhaps because of the air show?. The service, cleanliness and meals / breakfast were good. " (108023724)

    1. At check in even though I had booked via internet (85GBP/ night) and received confirmation reception were advising me that the room rate was 100GBP. After some deliberation between receptionists I did pay the 85GBP. 2. Bus service to Heathrow T3 was 30 mins late in arriving at Hotel. According to time table bus should have arrived at 08:42 but did not arrive till 09:02hrs and was completely full. This trip cost me 4GBP but having stayed at other Airport Hotels their policy was courtesy transport to the Airport free of charge. 3. Room allocated (Room 6) although clean and tidy was fitted out for the disabled. I would have preferred a standard room.

    "Although the room was cheap it also brought home the point that you get what you pay for. As it so happened we had to spend an additional 2 nights in London and we stayed at the Park Inn which granted was more expensive but well worth the extra money." (108048392)

    Staff are friendly and helpful

    The hotel seems to be on a cost cutting budget. The a/c is not available in the bedroom and all little things like a box of kleenex, showergel etc. is not there like you would expect. Also the hotel corridors are small cramped and way too hot and stuffy. Over the two nights and three days the lift never worked.

    "As it was my 1st time staying at a Premier Inn Hotel I was really happy with the appearance and quality and customer service. Only complaints are as Bad Points above." (97986669)

    No complaints regards the hotel and service.

    Arrived at the hotel at 00:20 to find for some reason i was booked in for July and not June,With luck there was a spare room?! £6 for carparking when at other Premier Inns Nation wide its free if your a guest (I was only parking/staying 1 night and not flying away on holiday for 2 weeks etc???) Better sound proofing between rooms would be good,Hearing the guests in the next room bedroom antics at 2am is not needed.

    Staff very helpful and friendly. Room and bathroom very clean. Breakfast was excellent and very healthy.

    As there were two of us one large and one small towel did not seem adequate as we both wanted a shower.

    "good hotel would stay there again but dont miss turn off of the large roundabout you end up miles away, autoroute says 8th exit off roundabout but it is a lie. overall though excellent hotel" (97243111)

    the staff were friendly

    the room was very nice, but on our 2nd night we were bit to piece and the bed made us itch ourselves to piece, its was 1am and there was no staff at reception, this spoiled our stay. i suggest they had the room inscetacided

    "The room was of a very good size for the pirce we paid, much cheaper and better than hotels in Paris and Madrid, for example. We used the hotel to have a romantic night with my boyfriend and it turned out to be a very good choice, affordable, comfortable and very quite; also the food at the restaurant was fantastic, fresh and tasty, we loved it...only one thing: we would have had a drink at the bar it this was a bit more funky or trendy, it is very small and did'n call our attention."     The room was a bit too hot, but we used the air conditioner and it felt much better.
