    "Only problem was when we arrived at 8 p.m. there was no-one at reception and no-one answering the phone number on the documentation. Eventually after about 20 minutes someone turned up at reception." (97590208)

    lounge has single bed made up which dominates and takes up space

    Very clean spacious apartment. The bedroom was in the back of the apartment away from the main road so was quiet. very large window in lounge which let loads of light into the apartment. Kitchen was equiped with all necessities for a short stay.

    The only downside was that it was quite noisy in the lounge when cars went by as apartment was on street level.

    "We had a great stay, the day had gone from bad to worse when we eventually found our way back to the apartment we had a relaxing stay. No one seemed to no the area and had never heard of Ridley St or Comfort Zone,We took 3 taxis & all dropped us off at the wrong place, I would certainly review recommending this cab company, will not help your reputation. Took us over 2 hrs to get back & very sore feet. But the apartment great." (97217233)

    Modern accommodation, spotlessly clean, excellent facilities and very comfortable bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Only 10 mins walk to centre of Birmingham. Secure parking available(at a small cost).

    "The accommodation is really good equipped, big enough and well-designed. It is situated almost in the historical centre of Birmingham. I was absolutely satisfied with all features except some small problem with check-in procedure (we had to wait for the key) and more unpleasant point – sultry air." (97178607)

    the accommodation was on the last floor and it was stuffy(. There is no conditioner in the room.
