    "This hotel was excellent. It was really clean and tidy, and it provided customers the essential facilities to make the stay a comfortable and pleasant one. The rooms are neatly and stylishly decorated, and they are very clean. The bed was enormous, and really comfortable -the ideal place to rest after a long day walking the streets of Dublin. The room has also tea & coffee facilities, ironing facilities and a hair-drier, and plenty of toiletries. Air conditioning is also provided; at first it was a bit difficult to set, but once we got the hang of it, it worked fine. The check-in and check-out processes were absolutely fine, no problems at all -it was as easy as falling off a log :). The hotel staff was really friendly, they were all the time trying to make us feel comfortable, and even though they were foreigners like us, they had appropriate notions of English to understand and make themselves understood. The hotel is very well located, in a quiet and safe area 5-7 minutes walking far from O'Connell Bridge. However, if you do not like walking very much, there are loads of bus stops right across the street. Of course,we will be staying at Comfort Inn Granby Row again!" (97242344)

    Excellent value for money. Very clean and tidy rooms -loved the design! :) Friendly staff. Nice breakfast buffet. Excellent location.

    no parking provided by hotel had to pay additional 35 euro for parking and wasnt subsidised by hotel after paying 189 euro for one night without breakfast included robbery

    "Hotel was clean, safe and staff were generally helpful. Breakfast was adequate although nothing special. However we left our luggage in the locked room and when we requested it, we were not asked for our luggage ticket. There should be an explanation of how the aircon/heating system works, it took quite a bit of fiddling around to work it out and a short explanation sheet would have made the job a lot easier. The holiday was spoilt by being woken up before 6.00am in the morning by the noise coming from the locked door in our bedroom, and the lack of sleep did not help how I then felt during the day. I would stay at the hotel again as long as I could be assured of a decent nights sleep. " (107856265)

    Room was very clean. The complementary drink and fruit was very appreciated.

    Needed an explanation of the aircon/heating system. We complained on our first day of a loud rumbling noice coming from a locked door in our room (Romm 417). We were told this was the aircon and was natural. It woke us up in the early hours of the morning on both days we were there. As we had the heating and aircon switched of at night this was therefore NOT due to our aircon/heating system. I had requested a quiet room due to health problems! As we were leaving the hotel we again mentioned it to the person on the desk, and was told that we had been misinformed on our first day, and that the noise was NOT due to our aircon and should have been looked at.

    Everything, making to many to list, quality was excelent, price was fair, satisfaction 98%

    None, personaly I prefer litle soaps rather than dispensers and if thats my only gripe, Very Well Done.

    "Really nice rooms, very high standard, exceptionally clean, maids were great and very efficient at restocking tea, coffee, soap etc. Beautiful views from rooms too. Hotel was only built in 2007 and it shows as it is lovely. Great food in the bar downstairs too...i recommend the mexican salad yum ;-)" (97492564)

    "The staff were extremely friendly and polite, particularly the cleaning staff who went out of their way to help us. The hotel is practically brand new, so everything is clean and in good condition. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay that isn't too expensive (which most places in Dublin are)." (97527832)

    The rooms are extremely clean and are brand new. The bed was large and comfortable.

    There was no DVD player yet in the room, but it was advertised on the website where we made our booking. The handle on the shower door was on backwards, making it extremely difficult to open the shower door when you were inside the shower.

    "Il soggiorno sarebbe sicuramente stato migliore se avessi saputo: attraverso una cartina come arrivare all'albergo, i costi aggiuntivi (come parcheggio auto)e il sapere ad esempio quanto distava l'ufficio turistico presso cui reperire notizie utili sulla citt" (97344907)
