    "Après mettre trompé sur la réservation, l'Accueil (avec un A majuscule) de l'hôtel nous a, le lendemain, et très aimablement changé de chambre pour nous en offrir une répondant à nos souhaits. Prochain voyage à Toulouse... si des chambres sont disponibles à cet hôtel!" (97634410)

    My usual stay is yearly. I still like to stay at the Orsay but I noticed that the neiborhood has deteriorated very much! I am rather hesitant to come back next year...

    "Great stay, good, clean, comfortable hotel with a spacious room and a proper double bed rather than 2 singles together." (99614515)

    unusually for 2 star hotels this one had a toilet that was seperate from the bathroom, very nice. Accomodation was clean and comfortable.

    "We enjoyed our stay in the Hotel D'Orsay mostly because of the friendliness of the staff. They were able to advise us on places to eat and where to go for entertainment. The room was functional, clean and it was good value for money." (99120523)

    The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

    The room was quite dark and a little oppressive, although it was perfectly clean. Maybe lighter furnishings and decor would help.

    Friendly staff who gave a great dinner recomendation. Good secure car parking. convenient for airport.

    The area was a bit rough. Prostitutes and drunks outside doorstep which gave the street and unsafe feel to it..

    "We stayed as an overnight stop only, and the hotel was conveniently situated opposite the station where the transfer bus from the airport arrived.The welcome was warm, as was the room (this was 20th December). The facilities in the room were fine: the TV worked well, beds were comfy, and the bathroom clean and functional with plenty of hot water." (99627626)

    we arrived late at the hotel as our flight to Toulouse was delayed. Despite it being 11:30 pm the welcome was warm, and very helpful.

    juste en face de la gare (bien insonorisé) et proche du centre ville.

    la télé était en panne, mais on n'avait pas vraiment le temps de la regarder... ca ne nous a donc pas trop dérangé.

    =as a francophile living, unfortunately, outside France....I did miss the wonderful French baguette in the petit dejeuneur bread basket...rest of breakfast was excelent !!!!
