rooms were clean and confortable
Transfer to and from hotel takes too long. The access to the CDGVAL may improve this but was very poorly indicated. I nearly missed a flight because of a very long transfer time.

"The staff are well-trained from an efficiency point of view, however, they lack the warmth that I have experienced in other hotels of this quality. I very much appreciate the efforts made in technology and fitness facilities. One of my main criterium in selecting a hotel is whether they are pet-friendly." (97038234)
Convenient location, nice garden around hotel with adequate fitness facilities. I like that my small dog was accommodated.

bon acceuil, le calme de l'hôtel qui m'a permis de bien dormir le jour et la nuit.

Location of the Hotel in relation to the airport terminals and ease of transfer
When compared with other 4 star accommodation rooms need refurbishment. Meal in the hotel restaurant worst ever in over 40 years of visits to France.

It was clean and comfortable, non smoking and quiet.
Food Quality and service of the sole restaurant. The person responsible for the restaurant was not in my view, good management material.

Quick check-in process. Room was clean. No noise. Elevator access quick and rapid.
Internet stations limited to one in lobby. Breakfast brunch way too pricy

There is no kitchenette to have tea or coffee. There shall be hand showers for the comodes in the bath room.

Room service is very poor. The key I for my room is not working and I have to go up & down the lift 2 times but still not sorted

lit comfortable, chambre avec bonne esthetique, gentil personnel surtout au resaurant
Attente de 45 minutes pour votre navette a l'aeroport; petit dejeuner excessivement cher avec aucun choix pour un repas de base (ex.: cafe, croissant.) Beaucoup de bruit de le'exterieur pendant la nuit

The bed was comfortable
1) The pick-up shuttle service took far too long (it was 45 minutes before I was picked up). 2) The restaurant was closed when I arrived; the staff told me to use room service, but once inside my room nobody responded to the telephone (I tried all the numbers- there was nobody!). A **** hotel should pick-up the phone always! Hving already installed into my room, undressed to sleep after a long and tiring day etc I did not feel very motivated to get dressed, and descend to the reception to find somebody to insist on having room service that defeats the purpose of paying room service. 3) There was not even coffee in the room (forgotten apparently) 4) The shower control was ridiculously course 5) There were not enough staff (or reception) on duty during check-in or check-out 6) Over guests had the same problems as I 7) Nobody anwsered my calls early in the evening to confirm my late arrival (except once, and this person did not seem to care)
