  it was neat and quite clean, the check in and check out process was very easy and the staff friendly. The room was very large and pleasant.

  The bathroom was clean but a little too small.

  "Wel redelijk vanwege nabijheid stadscentrum en omdat we slechts weinig gebruik hoefden te maken van de hotelvoorzieningen; ontbijt daarentegen uitstekend." (107286139)

  Dicht bij stadscentrum, bedden uitstekend

  sober hotel, geen telefoon, TV-tje minimaal, geen drinkbekers in badkamer, te kleine badkamer met wisselende watertemperatuur in de douche, slechte communicatie met personeel bij inchecken en over betaling, die in contanten zou moeten, terwijl bij online-inschrijving om creditcard werd gevraagd. Verder: betaald voor een triple-bed room (was als enige nog beschikbaar op moment van inschrijven, maar een 2-bed room gekregen, dus feitelijk teveel betaald.

  trés bonne localisation pour un trés bon rapport qualité prix

  "There's no clear sign for the hotel. You kind of have to know the address of the hotel to be able to find it and then you need to ring the door bell to get inside the building. Outside of that, the hotel is very close to the U1 subway station which take you to Kadewe department store where candy land on the 6th floor is and resturant on the 7th floor." (97410629)

  Cleanliness and room size. Staffs do not speak english but they tried their very best to help us I was very touched by that. They also let us store our luggages after we check out. We were able to see more of Berlin that last day before we headed to the airport hotel for our very early flight the next day.

  Stairs lead up to the reception desk. It was hard with the luggages to have to carry 2 havy luggages up to the 2nd floor.
